Q: Can we come without a reservation?
A: Yes, walk-ups are always welcome!
Q: Can we come if the reservations are full?
A: Yes, walk-ups are welcome to come at any time, even if the reservations are full for the time you choose. There is indoor seating and entertainment available to keep you busy before you start your journey.
Q: Do we have to have a ticket to enter?
A: No, Journey thru Christmas is free for everyone!
Q: Can we video or take pictures during the presentation?
A: We ask that no flash photography be taken during the Journey for the safety of our actors and animals as well as for our guests.
Q: Can we bring pets?
A: No, pets are not permitted except for service animals. Please leave your pets at home as there is no place for them to be kept while you are here.
Q: Is the Journey handicapped accessible?
A: Yes, The Journey is completely handicapped accessible. Wheelchair rental is NOT available.
If you have a large group of special needs people that you wish to bring, please call ahead in order for us to best meet your needs.

Q: Are restrooms available?
A: Yes, Restrooms are available inside the main building.
Q: What time can we arrive?
A: Doors open at 6:00 p.m. The line usually starts growing early. Please, feel free to come as early as 5:30 p.m.
Q: Is it better to arrive early?
A: Yes, Those who arrive earliest generally have the shortest wait time. But there will be plenty of entertainment available while you wait for your group's turn to experience the journey.
Q: Can I bring a baby stroller?
A: Yes, baby strollers are permitted.
Q: Do you have a baby changing station?
A: Yes, baby changing stations are provided in all Ladies restrooms in the main building.
Q: Where should we park our car?
A: Off site parking will be provided if our parking lot is full, and you will be directed to the lot. A marked shuttle van will bring you to Volusia County Baptist Church as well as return you to your vehicle. Security will be present at all parking areas.
Q: Do you have handicapped parking available?
A: Yes, Handicapped parking is available on site. The handicapped parking does fill up quickly. If you know you will need it, try to come early.
Q: Will there be an interpreter for the deaf available?
A. Yes, we will have deaf interpreter available. As the time draws closer, we will let you know what days the interpreter will be available.
